Mr. Kerry Woods is a seasoned real estate investor in Maryland. He started his real estate career ( as a real estate agent) in 2001 after after losing a business due to 911. He has started, run, or been directly involved with almost forty different companies ever since his early twenties. Many of them required good selling skills. His personal experience ranges from being a land lord to note buying, rehabbing, and wholesaling. However, wholesaling is the area that he enjoys the most and where he can bring the most experience and expertise, having done close to 2000 wholesale deals.
